Reservation & Cancellation Policy

Note: Please follow Covid 19 health and safety measures in Water Park as advised, our staff is trained as per guidelines, please co-operate to maintain for safety purpose when you are in Park

1. Ticket Cancellation Policy:

• No refund on Cancellation before 24 hours Arrival Time
• If a booking is cancelled or modified by the customer, the Water Park will be notified the changes and the original confirmation email and booking ID that was generated will become null and void
• No show no refund.
• Child below 5 Years is Complimentary without food

2. General Policy:

• It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification Ticket at the time of Entering the Park
• Early entry to the Park and Late checkout not possible
• The standard Water Park Opening Time is 10.00 AM and Closing Time is 06.00 AM.
• Outside Food and eatables are not allowed in Water Park
• The Water Park reserves the right of admission if do not show the proper ticket proof to enter the park and the Staff will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the water park due to the aforesaid reason.
• All disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction of courts at Gangavathi.
